Terra Nova Foundation

 

Terra Nova is an independent think tank which promotes progressive ideas and innovative political solutions in France and Europe.

The foundation’s aims:

1) Foster the intellectual revival of social-democracy.
Terra Nova aims to contribute to the renewal of the progressive left’s ideas and ideals.

2) Produce expertise and operational political solutions.
Terra Nova develops and supports the implementation of functional policy solutions among political leaders, national and local elected representatives and policy-makers.

3) Work within a European and international network of progressive think tanks.
Terra Nova aims to learn from the successes and best practices of its
European partners, contribute to the intellectual influence of France
in Europe and help continue to build a progressive European
doctrine.

More generally, Terra Nova contributes to a lively democratic debate, to the revival of political ideas and to the improvement of public policies. It popularises political ideas and contemporary international issues.

 

Terra Nova London

Terra Nova London is one of the local branches of the Terra Nova Foundation. Terra Nova London aims to develop the Foundation’s activities in the United Kingdom and in Europe : it is a platform for political thought aimed at producing and sharing progressive political solutions.
